If you are doing Embroidery Digitizing , always understand one thing. that, bad files kill production schedules. You end up wasting half a shift re-threading needles, adjusting machine tension, or messing around with needle heat just because a batch of heavy performance polos or structured caps started bird-nesting. It is incredibly frustrating, especially when you realize it isn't a mechanical issue at all. Nine times out of ten, you are just fighting a bad file with sloppy underlay or stitch density that completely chokes out the fabric. High speeds look great on a brochure, sure. But if the digitizing is off, your operator is stuck babysitting one single head all day instead of running actual volume. At the end of the day, clean pathing is what keeps the floor moving.
